TESA addresses the transition needs of young adults in the areas of independent living, employment and post secondary training and education.


Support Services

  • Staff, students, families and community providers work together to identify the student’s unique strengths, interests and learning styles and develop a plan to provide instructional and community opportunities to meet their transition needs.

  • Developmental Cognitive Disabilities

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

  • and other disabilities as appropriate

  • 18-21 years old
