South of the River Resource & Education Fair Flier

We’re excited to share the flier for our upcoming South of the River Resource & Education Fair at Lakeville South High School on October 10, 2024. 

This event is open to everyone and will feature valuable resources to support older youth and young adults with disabilities. It will be held in an open house format, allowing individuals, families, and caregivers to attend at their convenience between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Additionally, The Arc Minnesota will be presenting two 30-minute duplicate sessions on supported decision-making and guardianship at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

CTIC stands for Community Transition Interagency Committee.

Mission: To promote effective transition services through community collaboration for youth that will prepare them for adult life.

Vision: Youth with disabilities will have opportunities for full participation in the community.
